1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, apps, and services offered by Bwenzi LLC ("Bwenzi," "we," "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Our Services are intended for use in the United States.
3. Your account
- Keep your account credentials and access to your email secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- We use passwordless sign-in by default. Protect access to your email accordingly.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Services to:
- break the law or violate others' rights;
- upload or send content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing;
- collect information about others without a lawful basis, or use collected participant information for anything other than the purpose it was gathered for;
- send spam, or misuse our email features;
- interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their security;
- resell or misrepresent the Services.
You are responsible for the content you create and the information you collect from participants, including having any consent required to collect it.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host and operate the Services, for example to store your sign-ups and deliver your reminders. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Plans, payments, and cancellation
- Participants use the Services for free and never need an account.
- Some creator features require a paid plan, billed through our payment processor via web checkout.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- If a paid plan lapses, we don't delete your existing sign-ups or degrade your privacy controls.

7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bwenzi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. [Confirm with counsel.]
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Bwenzi against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
